Jets Explode in Third Period to Down Thunder 8–4
Amherstview, ON — November 14, 2025 The Amherstview Jets broke open a tight contest with five goals in the third period, defeating the Trent Hills Thunder 8–4 at the Brookland Homes Arena.

First Period: Amherstview jumped out to a 2–0 lead with goals from Williams and Dinsmore.

Second Period: The Jets extended their advantage through Cross, but Trent Hills stormed back with three straight goals from Juchau, Ellis, and Krentz (power play), tying the game 3–3.

Third Period: Amherstview’s power play proved unstoppable. Wilson, Williams, Cross, and Botting all scored with the man advantage, while Elkins added an empty-netter. Trent Hills’ lone reply came from Carr.
